About – Body Mind Leela

My name is Manuela, and Body-Mind-Leela is my core value system. I created and refined it around the values of peak performance, female longevity and resilience, way beyond weight loss and body recomposition. My clients are women who are ready to change, for real and for the long term in a holistic way. I coach women to reestablish their lost connection between body and mind, and combine a scientific longevity approach with Leela, which is a mindset of resilience, playfulness and vitality. Effective workouts, Yoga and meditation, sleep and nutrition protocols, the optimal supplementation and much more are the contents of my coaching . I decided to focus on women through perimenopause and life transitions with a holistic, science-informed and intuitive approach to longevity, energy, and resilience. Let me tell you more about myself.
I was born in 1985 and grew up in the majestic nature of Italian Alps, eager to learn at school but also into karate, volleyball and dance from early childhood. A turning point came with the loss of my father to colon cancer. It deeply shifted my perspective and led me on a clear mission: to explore prevention, self-care, and living in alignment with our bodily nature — not as concepts, but as a way of life.

Athletics and high performance trainings accompanied me throughout university up until my PhD — but something inside me called for a different path than the academic world. A shamanic journey and deep inner work helped me realise that my purpose lies in supporting women to thrive and not just live longer, but better.
Today, I bring together over a decade of international work experience as a certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Yoga Teacher and Holistic Women’s coach and retreat leader.
My work is rooted in functional movement, hormone-aware nutrition, nervous system regulation, and mind-body integration.
In 2020, I moved to Switzerland and expanded my work online, supporting women globally.
In 2023, I became a mother and experienced firsthand how powerful the female body is when supported holistically. Not only was I able to lead my fitness and yoga classes throughout my pregnany, but I also rebuilt my body recomposition, volume max, muscle quality, overall strength and health in just few weeks after giving birth.
I offer 1:1 coaching, corporate workshops and lectures, online courses on longevity for women in perimenopause and am active in teaching group classes in fitness and yoga that are designed around longevity.
Enough about me.
Today, it is about YOU, and your transformation. Your best age is yet to come!
Are you ready for it?
